Everybody likes to look at pictures. Some people don't like to admit it, but as soon as they hit senior citizen age, no living person can resist looking at and showing people pictures. Yeeeeee.com has lots of 'em for you future elderly folks to check out.
You guys like website addresses with lots of the same letter in a row? You do? Well thanks for ruining my setup, jerkface, 'cause I don't. What I do like is super cool pictures, especially surreal ones that don't make sense upon first view. Along comes yeeeeee.com, trying to confuse me by showing me pictures of the aforementioned nature while having eighteen E's in the address. In reality, there are only six E's, but you probably won't have to remember that because chances are you'll find yourself bookmarking this phototastic blog.
Photoblogs are a bit new to me. I found it enjoyable to not have to read someone's rambling text for once, and it was nice that I could just subconsciously process the images without having to put too much effort into it. On top of that, yeeeeee.com isn't just a blog with pictures on it. Each post contains a group of pictures similar in category or concept. For example, when I found the site, the first post I looked at was "126 Photos Worth Freezing", which means each photo details an object doing something mid-action, which sounds stupid in text so check this out:

Other popular posts include: 52 Sad Expressions from the Financial Crisis (uplifting!), The Beauty of Being a Woman, Suicidal Bunny, and Photoshop Blunders. So the site does a pretty decent job of varying topics on which to post. This type of blog lends itself perfectly to Google Reader or an email subscription, too, because when the content is mainly images, the layout or look of the site matters less, allowing you to view it wherever you'd like. This also probably explains yeeeeee.com's simple, minimalist layout.
Yeeeeee.com contains features other than just photo posts, like searching by tag, a wallpaper section, a list of niche search engines to help you find whatever you need, an archive of posts (though it's a fairly new site), and 50 ways you can go green. Also, if you find that you just don't have enough words to read, they have posts with text sometimes.
So in my opinion yeeeeee.com seems like a promising little site, although they may be reaching a little far. I think if it was a blog of only pictures, they'd probably get more hits in the longrun, but it's their website and they do what they want, and I can't blame 'em for that. Hell, We Rate Stuff is reaching a bit further than our fingers go, but that's probably why no one likes us. So, uh... yeah... AMERICA!!!

What a stupid website name. Every time I read it my brain yells "YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" at me louder than my physical voice could ever be.
But America. Hell yeah.
